I've recently acquired my master's degree in microelectronics systems design. My main research focus and my thesis were on Memristor-based circuits. I'm currently an Educational Technology Teacher/Integration Specialist at Schutz American School. I got my microelectronics master's degree from Nile University. I was awarded a scholarship for "academic excellence" and worked there in the Nanoelectronics Integrated Systems Center (NISC) as a Research Assistant. successfully co-published: - “Memristor-Based Balanced Ternary Adder”, The International Conference on Microelectronics (IEEE ICM), 2013 - “Memristor-Based Redundant Binary Adder”, The International Conference on Engineering and Technology (IEEE ICET), 2014 As well as two Journal Papers: - “Memristor Based N-Bits Redundant Binary Adder”, Elsevier Microelectronics Journal.2014. - “Memristor-Based Quinary Half Adder”, Elsevier AEU-International Journal of Electronics and Communications, 2018.
