Kareem Ragab

Research Assistant

Kareem Ragab Elsheikh is a Research Assistant at the Nanoelectronics Integrated Systems Center (NISC) at Nile University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cairo University, where he also served as a part-time teaching assistant. He is currently a M.Sc. student in the Microelectronics System Design (MSD) program in Nile university. His primary research interests include digital design and hardware implementation. His graduation project focused on the design and FPGA-based implementation of an NB-IoT uplink transceiver. As a research assistant, he is currently involved in digital design projects and contributes to hardware implementation efforts, while collaborating with other teams on advanced nanoelectronics research. He has also contributed to AI-driven systems research as a former LLM researcher at a US-based AI company.
